Singing from the start.

Alina Celeste is an internationally touring Family Musician and Teaching Artist.

Her brand of catchy, relevant, and historically rooted music was born in her classroom. She has been teaching music to children and families for over ten years in New York, Los Angeles and now Miami.  She was nominated for Teacher of the Year her first year in teaching, the first Kindie Artist to play at the San Francisco Free Folk Festival and is also the Blog Editor for The Children's Music Network

Hailing from Miami, Florida, Alina’s Cuban-American upbringing exposed her to a wide range of popular music from Celia Cruz to the Beatles. Also, singing was the only way to make as much noise as possible and not get in trouble.

Alina's shows are a joyous blend of  parent -friendly sing-alongs, dance-alongs, and family jams.

Classic folk songs for kids from the United States, the Caribbean and Latin America, as well as her simple and melodic original tunes come together seamlessly and make for an infectious good time.  She gets everyone involved in the singing and dancing, making each show a unique experience for everyone. Her songs are easy to learn and you will find yourself singing them for days after.

Kids: They dance before they learn there is anything that isn’t music.
